Neule schule universal with roundings

Normally use the universal with no curb and reins on bottom loop, but for cross country need slightly more brakes.

Would roundings give more brakes, how do they add more, is it pressure on snaffle bit and poll together?

Would you use roundings and a curb?

No, if anything I would have thought that roundings would dilute the action. Try using 2 reins (which is what Heather Hyde recommends).
