Dubarry Boots as i did at Burleigh!!

Seemed like every second person was wearing them!..And forget about getting anywhere near the shop there...it was mobbed out!

Do you think it's the new Equine Fashion Fad for humans?

I was considering getting a pair, but i don't want to become "common"

( joke..would love a pair)

Hubby just enjoys oggling the girls on the stand - he said that if the girls came with the boots he'd buy two pairs!!!!

Yes he did get his ears cuffed!

It is a good sales tactic hubby (aka dirty old man aka Mr Stinkerstonker) sits and slobbers and then buys wife a pair!!!!!!!!

I actually don't want a pair, think the Ariat ones are much nicer - but orange Hunters are best

I noticed that at badminton last year. I thought it was really funny cos if you battle your way through the mob to the stand nothing has prices on. i am probably sounding very "common" now but I guess if you have to ask the price you can't afford them

Am i the only one that think these boots are horrible!!!!

[/ QUOTE ]

Have to say when I saw them first a few years ago now I thought they were awful but i must be a marketing persons dream cos I found myself growing to like them the more I saw them. How sad am I!!!!

Think you can get something more versatile for the money.....

Sorry - don't agree. They are the most versatile boot I have ever had, and have outlived my hunter wellies by years!

1. Keep my feet warm
2. Are very waterproof
3. Take a few seconds to clean and then look almost new again
4. Cheap imitations look just like cheap imitations!
5. Can ride in them without boot getting caught under saddle flap
6. Can wear them more or less anywhere and look reasonably smart
7. VERY hard wearing
8. Extremely comfortable
9. Versatile! You can wear them for riding, walking the dog, going to horse trials, watching polo, going shopping, washing the car - where CAN'T you wear them.

Definitely the most versatile and smart boot on the market. If mine ever wear out I shall be getting another pair. Had mine for nearly 3 years.

We were saying at Burghley that all the Equi-Chavs wear them... (Weevil)

And do any of you wear them with long pink socks protruding from the top yet?

Any girls with good taste wear the Tuffa Suffolk boots instead!

Has anyone got a pair of the new yummy Tuffa Suffolk boots in black yet?
