As above has anyones horse been given the new alternative to tildren? ( Osphos - only came on the market end of September ) If so how did they react tonit to itand did it make any difference? My pony isnt responding to treatment and has been on a high dose of steroids ( above 1mg per kg ) without any effect and they will prob double dose him tomo and see how that works, yes hes at a high risk of laminitis but as the vets said theres nothing to lose by giving him them. They are thinking about giving him the new drug ( if we can actually get it in him as his behaviour isnt overly safe when being handled ) as a last resort to seebif it has any effect on him and wondered if anyone had any views on it, its very experimental ain my ponies case as there is no documentation anywhere of any horse having had thebinjyry he has and the structures involved with it.
