I have seen a note of the changes that they are planning to make with effect from 1/12/07, but can't remember where. Does anyone know where the full detials are?
 
Thanks - I couldn't find it on the website either and I'm stuck at work at the moment.

Basically, I've got a few points at medium level (between 2001 and 2003) but have a new horse now that only has about 30 points at novice. Obviously at the moment I am competing in the Novice open section but I want to know if I will be able to compete in the restricted section of Elementary after 1/12/07. Also, if I do some Elementary opens before 1/12/07 will I still be able to do restricted after 1/12/07?
 
If you have achieved less than 14 points at the higher level you can apply to BD after 01/12/07 and they will change your rider group - as far as I am aware anyway!
 
I think you will be able to.

They are giving 14 points "grace" at level below.

If you do get some Elem points before Dec you can still apply to be moved back to restricted section I *think*!

I have 3 points at Elem and could apply to go back to novice restricted, even though i now have points in Novice open.
