Got no idea at least I got to paying bit ,the went back and then searched site, not sure when I close down if I,ll have to go through all that again. At least checked his points but it is a strange way to log on
It really is as simple as 1, 2, 3. I did it by doing the following
Click on membership on the left hand side
Click on Retrieve log in details
Scroll down to the part about have you told them about your email
Fill in the details
Your membership ID is your BD number
They then send you a password to your email account
Hopefully you should then be able to log in
I must've done that about 10 times now and it keeps coming back with: "I'm sorry, there was an error. Please try again and if you keep having troubles please let us know"!!! If I put another email address in it comes back with a different message saying its not recognised so I know I'm using the right one...
they probably havent as they didnt want loads of people emailing them as soon as the site got up and running. Im sure it will settle down and be fine in a day or so, i guess its because lots of people are trying to access it all at once.
They've got individual's contact details in the "Meet our team" part of "About bd" but I can't decide who to email... I don't want to phone because I'd feel like a right geek fussing over my password within the first half hour of the launch! However, I'm clearly not alone...
ETS: (Their contact details are at the foot of each page but no general email address)
Lizzie - I followed your link and it's great, but how do I get there myself from the site, I've gone into competitions but I can't find the option to search by horse name - I'm having a senior moment obviously!

Its not under competitions but under results and you need to be logged in to be able to access these.
Once clicked on results then click on search horse competition record or search rider competition record

elo
just had a play and on face of it looks great but need to login with BD number find out result properly - i think?? A thick in techy dept here
Let hope the venue update result section asap, as what i find a bit annoying is that sometimes your have to leave venue before know results. And then hope to receive sheet and rossies in post, but sometimes it can take weeks and you never know what other marks were in classes
Won't let me register - soooooooooooo frustrated - tbh I don't think it's that great or different -fine I'm sure there are better results in the members bit-but for the other results they couldn't be bothered to put capital letters on the show centre names - very disappointed - british eventingswebsite is much better
one no techy talking to another - what i did was searched on venue i know i competed at. Then you get option to select either rider or horse and at this point you need to login and -this is the point where i failed
