Hey, i have some new Dublin Pinnacle Boots on the way, i have owned both the Dublin New River Boots and River Boots, both pairs i didn't take much care of, and have both got obvious looks of wear in them. I want these new boots for just riding and a little bit of yard work, but i was wondering if normal saddle soap would be ok to use as leather care? I have the Belvior brand for my tack, and was wondering if it was ok to use them on boots like that, or if i should be buying something else for them? Any suggestions to products if need be would be great.
Thank you!!!

Nikwax liquid and wax doesnt rot stitching like dubbin, and it is suitable for using with boots with waterproof membranes. give them a good doing with theliquid let it soak in then wax them with your hand warmth will help it penertrate.

Buy nickwax products, for suede or leather as appropriate and use before you wear the boots. Clean the boots regularly and treat with nikwax. If they get wet dry them slowly away from heat and treat with nikwax. I find the liquid nikwax best for everyday use and the original wax in a tin for first time and then for when your boots have had real hammer or are looking dry.
