Here are some pics of my new boy. His name is Khan. He is a 7 yr old TB (ex racer). Ive had him since the beginning of October and i am very very pleased with him. He has a fab temperment and is very willing. We have our first Walk & Trot Dressage test on 29th Jan, future plans are to event him ;-)

Yeah i will keep you updated. when he puts his mind to it and concentrates he really can work lovely, but he does take a long time to settle and get into it, usually about 20 mins ish :)

Thanks. Wanted all his head off really but he's funny with his ears and couldnt be arsed to sedate him and couldnt be arsed with the fight and upsetting him (or myself, lol) ;) I have always left just a square patch on the back as im not a lover of the saddle/numnah shape :)

Funny you should say that! I was always Anti TB and said i'd never entertain one, especially an ex racer!! My old boy is Shire x TB!

Years later thats exactly what ive ended up with and he is FAB. One or 2 peeps on my yard bought one and they were lovely horses with lovely temps. It got me thinking and hey presto....Khan found me actually, after his previous owner responded within 5 mins to my ad on FB.

he has really changed my opinion on TBs, they are very misunderstood :)
