New BSJA Series

Have you seen the new series that Renault are going to sponsor this year? Show Jumping certainly seems to be having a face lift recently isn't that the second new series this year? I'm sure a young rider one was announced as well. Be great to see some of our top riders at the shows.

Just a little on the large side for us unfortunately...at 1.55m

Still, i shall be at South of England this year so will watch with bated breath

Me too. There isn't one in the North though, but will hopefully be at Royal Lancashire and watch it there.

I too was delighted to see this - similar series to the Daewoo & Everest ones of yesteryears. I was puzzled by the lack of events in the north but let's hope it will be well supported and the number might be increased next year.

Amateur Champs from 90cm to 1.20m
Open sections from 70cm to 1.40m+
Blue Chip Star at 1.10m
Scope Members Cup at 1.15m

There should be something to keep you busy in there....

Ours do and I can honestly say I have jumped with poles on top hole.

It does count if the other end of the pole is on the ground doesn't it?

On my pony I once jumped a fence with a pole balanced on top of a pair of 5' wings, how big is that in cm?!

I was crazy and 14 though....

We have some Jum4Joy wings which go to 1.60m, but the biggest i've gone over is 1.50m

That;s big enough....i get nosebleeds if i go too high lol!

5' = 1.52m

I agree. I see a Tim Stockdale win coming up. Not sure who else will enter but would think all the top riders will if they are not competing abroad.
