My mare is in hospital in Edinburgh at the moment - we took her up there on Wednesday and she had an operation yesterday to remove a cyst in her sinus.......they have had to drill into her face and cut a square of bone away and then put it back....got a phone call to say she is ok, but very swollen and she moved her head when they started drilling and they have grazed her eye. But she has been put on eye drops and it won't be bad....hopefully coming home next week sometime.
