well let's hope so, certainly they need to make a decision one way or another. That is 2 years that this poor dog has been living in the council pound. The owner hasn't even been allowed to see him. It is very unfair to this poor dog. They are talking about him being trustworthy or not, the worrying thing is how all this trauma and upset and being kept like this had affected him. I hope for the dogs sake and the owners, he doesn't have to live like this for too much longer.

Poor boy and his poor family, my worry also is he will be very damaged mentally.
