Born at 11pm last night.

My first foal ... mare maiden and it went very quick! From water break to out was 11mins.... All seems fine with mum and bubba vet out this afternoon for check over.

So here she is .... she's by Grafenstolz out of my Acclamation (TB) mare.

Tilly (mum) is being super

New?

Foal?

Pic heavy?

YES PLEEEEEASE!

Absolutely beautiful little filly and Till looks like a very chilled and happy new mum :)

Massive congratulations xx

You have every reason to be proud, just as your lovely mares has.

Such a foal!! So well bred!! Graf is a lovely horse. So well done, all of you!!

A head-collar? A tea-towel around the neck, and with which to steer works a treat, and causes far less offence.

Alec.

ps. Looking at your pics, I could almost start again!!

Gorgeous photos. Mum and baby are stunning, congratulations

You can never post enough foal pics:)

Particularly love the close up with her all tucked asleep with her velvety coat, yep thats done it getting broody again

Many thanks we are over the moon with her .... well both of them Tilly doesn't half suit motherhood!

Re headcollar she just had it popped on and off for first time and only time she has it on is leading to and from field. She's being lead with mum from day one as that is how life has to be :) she's very good about it all. (Much more so than the colts I've had to wrangle in the past haahaa!)

Oh my goodness! Just adorable. It's no good announcing a new baby without lots of pics.
I love this time of year, it makes me broody! :-)
