New forest branding?

Hi,

weve bought a fantastic new forest pony with a brand "66" on her back. SHe has a spotted horse and pony soc passport (the cheapest one aval so im guessing thats why she has that)

Does anyone know who will have bred her being brand 66??

Can i re passport her with the correct society??
