Hey!
I'm taking my horse down from London to the New Forest next weekend (Friday 19th - Sunday 21st August).
i am considering taking livery for the weekend at Burley Manor Stables, however as i am not that experienced at where is best to ride in the Forest, i wanted to ask if anyone had any other recommendations of which stables to go to and ride out. Im looking for long stretches of canters, gorgeous scenery, and somewhere within 10 miles of Lyndhurst (where i'll be staying).
if you are riding out yourself over the weekend, i would be keen to hear from you. on that note as well - does anyone have any links to where i can print off maps and routes through the new forest or ideally if you know anyone i can hack out with...
