New forum

Apart from having to go to HHO home page to find the forum link, and even though i updated my password I had top use my old one lol got here and its ok, but not as many sections?
 
Not sure i like it - maybe i'll get used to it but won't let you just write a quite reply without clicking 'reply'! Hmm, maybe i am doing something wrong but so far
 
At the moment, really struggling to get my head around it....and the post I made this morning has bloomin disappeared aaarrrrgggghhhhhhh

What happened? I was having a good discusion this morning been outside doing the beasties came back in to see if I had got any more info on my post and ..... ALL GONE. According to the log I haven't been on line since 25 feb. I was having a fairly bad day but now (long pause you can fill in the blank). Found my 3 year old had decided to tear one of her chestnuts off this morning only 30 mins after I turned her out. Blood every where I spotted her red sock from 50 yards there was so much of it. Seems ok now but boy do they bleed!!!!!!
 
I need to know how to delete individual pms too??
the other thing is, is there not a 'view all' button, rather than viewing page by page. and how do you get smilies?
not sure that I like this very much.
 
I don't like it at all. The smilies are awful and there seems to be very few posts per page. I prefered the more compact style before, now my OH can read what I'm typing over my shoulder, it was too small for him to read before!
 
Is anyone else finding that it's taking longer to load the pages as you click on them?

Also, the "show all" button has disappeared so you can't view the whole of a multipage post in one go. Am I wrong?
 
I preferred the old style because it WAS different to other forums! I also find this one much slower. Like being called a Senior Member though, makes me feel very important!
 
I don't realy like it but then i'm not good with change. (Imagen smily with toung sticking out here). I miss the smilys i can only put them at the top of the page and my favorats list seems to have gone i thought we where keeping them but i can't find it anywhere i had some good threads in there.

You can adjust the amount of post per page in User CP
 
Not sure about it yet and my name at the side has gone, did update password but its disappeared. Not a computer buff so may have done it wrong.
 
I like it. We will have to get used to saying if we are responding to someone in particular, but, hey...small price.

Actually, I have been on here for half an hour now, and I have changed my mind!
 
I think it's so much better. Just like others forums. The old one was just really outdated.

Are posts still the same here, it goes in the order that it was created instead of when the last reply was made?

That was the worst thing about the forum, I really hope it's changed.

Ooh I'm a senior member aswell.. guessing it goes by how long you've been here and not post count!
