Time for summer riding gloves! I would really like some in a creamy/yellow/pale tan shade. (I see a lot online but not sure how brown or garish they may turn out) Not real leather as need grip. Roeckl possibly but not sure of colour. Any other recs?

I have some roeckl ones. Absolutely adore them but only use them for best as I'd hate to ruin them/lose one. Saying that they are very hard wearing. For everyday I have the mountain horse ones with crochet on the top. Lovely gloves too

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem with the mountain horse gloves with the crochet top. But when mine got wet the leather bits turned rock hard!!!

That's interesting, don't think mine have ever got that wet so I wouldn't know! I'll have to keep an eye out for that.

Ooo. Roeckl caramel look like they could be the ones. What is the sizing like? I thought I was adult medium/7 but Roeckl say to measure hand in cm which makes me nearer an 8.

Another vote for Roekl - I've got. 2 pairs -winter and summer weight(plus white pair for dressage) and I where them continually on the yard esp in winter for EVERYTHING. I've had my 2 pairs for 2 years and they still look like new - fab gloves. Oh for the depths of winter I've got a pair of schwenkle thinsulate gloves which are fab but not keen on their summer gloves...
