hi all,

a very serious question...😂

i went to badminton and got my head measured for a new hat. However, i cant decide between black and blue...
my current show hat is navy as my jacket/saddle cloth are navy. However, where i compete a lot i was also thinking of eventually getting a black jacket/set to swap into.
So do i get a black one to go with this set that i dont even own yet.. or get navy as the majority of my wardrobe is navy.

Thanks!

It depends what you're competing in. If it's showing then Navy is correct. If it's any other discipline then black is fine. I personally prefer navy so would go with navy as that's what the rest of your stuff is and just in case you don't buy the black stuff.

What about, a grey or burgundy or lighter blue? If you want to swap to black no point buying a blue hat as it won't match. But on the same basis I wouldn't want a black hat with navy jacket. So I'd go for a contrast instead that would work with either colour

My new Charles Owen is blue but you can hardly tell as it almost looks black in certain light. If you get black you can always get a navy velvet cover from Shires (or vice versa) so only need one hat but have options depending on your attire.
