ellie_e, not sure, are UK regulations more stringent than FEI ones? Ingrid Klimke (among others) competes internationally in uvex helmets...

I have always read good reports in terms of safety (much safer than the GPAs apparently?)

The navy will go with my comp jacket but the grey/black one with the design is beautiful - but not sure it would go with a navy jacket? Maybe i need to get a black jacket

ETA - I just re-read my post and might go and hide in shame for the fact im excited about a new helmet and that I feel like its leading me down the path to ''matchy matchy-ness''

I have to confess i bought a Uvex last week, so im chuffed to find you have got one means i am keeping up with the times just lol

One of my trainers has one & it's just lovely, ive been looking for a new hat for 6 months & not found anything that i really liked as im desperate for something well ventilated.

Mines Mat Black as my jacket is black. Yet to recieve it though but im stupidly excited lol.

SummerxStarsx, sadly not my house, I wish! -- not a millionaire yet The owners are extremely wealthy, high-end showjumping dealers (have sold Olympic jumpers etc), the facilities are amazing, two indoor arenas with top surfaces, huge outdoor, irrigated paddocks, soon even a gallop track with sub-irrigation system

According to this Uvex helmets meet the required standard for competition in the UK
