As part of an initiative to improve the standard of education for non-farrier hoofcare specialists working in the UK, a new company, Equine Podiatry Training Ltd, has just accepted its first intake of students to a brand new qualification for Equine Podiatrists.

That’s ok you don’t have to be.

However any move to improve standards must be a good thing don’t you think?

No i dont think to be honest.. I think horses feet should be attended to by someone who has trained extensively as a farrier, done the veteraniary work and is not trying to make a career out of a loop hole in the law!
