New horse alert!

Meet Lana, a little, rather plump, Arab mare. Her main role currently is to keep my retired warmblood company but with the aim to get her started under saddle next year. and be a general happy hack/fun ride.
She has done nothing in her 6yrs and yesterday was the first time she had ever left where she was born, but she has been an absolute star, unlike my 26yr old warmblood who is today rather regretting her excessive galloping around yesterday.

I'm rather smitten with her I think, it feels a bit like a childhood dream come true to finally have a chestnut arab mare in my life!

I have to say I know nothing about Arabs and chose her based on her attitude and the fact I liked her stamp. I also met her dam and really liked her demeanor and look.
