New horse arrives today.

Oh golly.. I've been up since 6 am waiting for time to go and bring sasha to yard... We not going till 11!!!! Gaz went for last ride on penny yesterday. Before she goes to new home.. Still can't believe how one phone call led to her being bought by old friend of mine, who has wanted penny for years but gaz wouldn't let her go.. That just shows how much in demand a 20 yr brilliant school mistress horse is .

14 yr old chestnut mare 15.3 ex polo pony, for my son to progress on in his Polocrosse this season. She is on JF polo academy site, name Delphina. ( now sasha) !! She is laid back, good brakes and turns well, his old horse retiring to the country.

So exciting!!!!
When I went to pick my pony up I was almost wetting myself! My friend has a box so off we went on the 1 and a half hour journey to get him. I was a little worried when I'd been to view him he was very nervy and jumpy, although a star to hack. The dealer had said he was good to load/travel but I couldnt see how he could be being so nervous. We arrived, and he hopped straight on the lorry before my friend had even sorted the partition, so had to take him back off again! Put him back on and he instantly relaxed It was like he knew he was going somewhere he'd love. He was so chilled out on the way back and snoozing, we stopped at MacDonalds for breakfast!

Collecting a new horse is SO EXCITING! x
