New Horse At Last With Pic!

As some of you will know we've been looking for a project horse for some time for our son and last weekend we found her. I've not wanted to jinx things by mentioning her but she flew through the vetting last week and we brought her home yesterday.

She's 16.2hh and dutch bred by a Ramiro Z stallion out of a Burggraaf mare. Before coming over a few months ago she was a broodmare and so she is a short of mileage rising 8yo. She has a lovely temperament and we were really pleased with how she went today in the school and on a short hack to cool down.

The plan is to do some pony club lessons and then get her registered up with BS. She was bought as a project but I can see son wanting to hold onto her for a bit!
