At last after months and months of searching, my new boy has arrived. hes 16.3 belgium WB bay hes 7 but quite green as hes not really done much apart from hacking last two years, but the basics are there. After nerve wracking wait for vet to ring after vetting on Fri he got the all clear, and we picked him up Sat. Loaded straight into my waggon and was nice and quiet on way home, settled staight into his new stable.

I had a short ride sat afternoon in the school, a hack out sunday good as gold apart from i think he lost his bearings when we turned for home he had a tiny nap cause he thought we were going the wrong way but leg and voice and off we went!!

Monday slightly more work in the school and he tried his hardest, bending for me, and we sorted canter aids out between us. Thought he might like a day off today so I'm not overloading him too much

He has been turned out full time so new routine being in more is a bit strange for him but his bed not such a mess this morning.

sorry for the indulgent post but I've been looking for so long, and had a couple of disapointments, cant believe i've got a sane sensible vice free geegee to bring on and have fun with.
