As you lot seem to be so good and imaginative at names please help me as I have no imagination whatsoever!

Little horse is 5 yo 16hh brown TB gelding, very pretty and dainty with long legs. He is by Amilynx (FR) out of Monoshan (IRE) who was by Anshan. Names don't necessarily need to be connected to his parentage!

My mother wants me to call him 'Spider legs' but she also came up with 'Mon Ami' which I thought was quite nice.

I am hoping he will make a nice eventing pony but is very green at present!

Thanks, favourite choc bar awarded For the best name! :)

Having joined this Forum nearly 2 years ago I still haven't yet worked out how to upload pics!

I will try and take some later and figure it out if I have time! Keep the names coming!

Join photobucket and upload your photos there, then they have loads of links like HTML, Direct Link. Copy the direct link then when posting a reply click the little mountain button below all the font stuff and past the link there :) Or if it's on facebook right click the photo and click Copy image URL and you can use that one :)

All Amylinx are pretty :)

you could keep to the french theme you were on to with mon Ami (meaning my friend)...such as Lynx mon Amour (Lynx my love), or of course Lynx mon ami. If he turns out to be good that's a memorable fancy name enough :D

I used to ride a small little flat racehorse back in the day who was called Mini Lovely. Always thought it was the cutest name ever

Thank you niamh, he is indeed very pretty and very sweet natured. I love both of your suggestions. My plan is to put some work (and condition) on him, get him out to some comps and sell him to some loving teenager as he really is too small for me but think i may end up falling in love with him ;):)
