***New Horse Vetting***

Well vet said she is suitable for my needs albeit some things came up on vetting. (don't want to go into detail). She is happiest in a grackle noseband. Never bought one as I use flash normally or cavesson.
So from what I see and know I prefer the look of the Mexican one.
Please tell me your experience. Will be taking the evening to digest everything and contacting owner tomorrow with my decision.

its not that, got slot going on, today and not had time to sit down and think. Got a manic week coming up, no car, other mare having to go for surgery etc, transport for current mare. Also never thought I would be buying again in my lifetime, it is only because I lost my boy I am doing ti, miss him sooooooooooooooo much.

I always think how upset I would be if someone else bought them.
Just go for it - plenty of time later for thinking oh what have I done..we have all been there .
If vetting showed minor issues you could always rediscuss price?

Luckily she had no one interested in her, as most want young ones, she was one of the few 10 year olds.
Well I told her yes, and i had to get someone to transport next week as my lorry is out of action. She said she would bring her to me for free. on Monday Shock shock so quick, got no tack just bought fly rug and fly hood ** needs a drink to calm down**

I also wouldnt worry about the grackle, I bought a hanoverian from someone once and he was ridden in a pelham and since he was no longer a dressage horse I thought, pop a snaffle in. He hated it so had to change back.

Definitely don't worry about the grakle. My superb old man has always worn one. He hates anthing around wear the cavasson sits. Hasn't stopped him being my horse of a lifetime!

lol yes my current mare is 16.1hh 6ft9 rugs and me with permanent dislocation of the shoulder it is no mean feat . So 7ft ouchie

Maybe I ought to buy some tent frames and put the rug on them and walk the horse under and drop it down - like a tent.
