following on from my 'new horse gone bonkers' post, we cut feed out and went for 3 days training with a dressage coach which was hard work but fabulous. Today was the first day i had to do m homework on my own and guess what?? No silliness or naughtyness and we rode thru a prelim test and it felt amazing!! he was so light and just bouncing along and felt like i thought something and he responded straight away!!!
I really feel like we have 'clicked' finally! i am on top of the world
going to do a local prelim next sunday as a no pressure first time out i feel that confident that i can ride him properly now.
