Well, after 12 months of going on about it I have finally done it!!

Our new addition arrived late on friday after a whirlwind week of motorway driving, vettings and transporting.

He is very green but has such a nice attitude, is settling in very well and proving to be quite a character.

I will post more as the weeks go by (am worn out with the stress of it all just now) but he has an album of photos on my webshots account for those who would like to see him.

Album entitled Jack.

He is full Irish Draught and 16.1 (so far!).

He is just seven but only been in work about 6 weeks (he was doing daddy duties before that). Im going to use this winter to tidy up his flatwork and hack him out. He has a powerful jump so its possible I may be airbourn next year!

We are going to see what he likes doing and concentrate on that!

wow he's lovely - is he irish bred or bred in the UK (do you know who his Mum is?)
I'm a sucker for ID's and he really looks like a 'proper' ID (probably why he only recently had his bits stolen from him)

Congrats!!

Have full breeding details (bought from the breeder) and yes, definitely a very proper ID.

Congrats!!
