I don't find the layout significantly different.
I like some of the new features - liking posts makes it more engaging, and jumping to the latest-read post in a thread is really handy.

i assume you mean the home page, its ok but i would have liked the forum to have been in the headings rather than having to click on more....i suppose we will get used to it but i dont know what was wrong with the old one. i am old and dont like change unless there is a good reason...
