I knew it was too good to be true. I was looking for someone to loan my mare for hacking and general riding. I advertised her all over the place, I got a good response and arranged for 3 people to come and ride her. I decided on 2 that suited her better and they both wanted to do 3 days each and could work the week out between them. It was brilliant and i couldnt have wished for it to turnout better.
The first lady started on Friday and was brilliant with my mare. We both went on a hack on Saturday and my mare was very well behaved even though my other horse was a complete sod.
The second lady was due today but called me yesterday to say that after her weeks training at her new job it has become apparent that she is going to have to work away from home a lot more that she first thought and can no longer commit to loaning my mare. I was gutted but appreciated her honestly and was glad that she decided now rather than doing a few weeks then finding out she couldnt cope.
So i am now looking for someone to part loan my beautiful 16.2 bay mare that can come to Chorley/Rivington a few days a week (sun, mon, tue or wed). I hope i am not looking for the impossible.
Wish me luck, i am now off to put all the advert back on.
