Hi new member here. I’ve been riding off and off for a few years, happy novice, and feel now is the right time to look for my own horse for fun and to progress with my riding. I fully understand the commitment, cost etc but I have no idea where to start looking, where to avoid. Here to learn.

Hi, a great way to search for a horse is to start a thread about what you want in Tack Room. You will get some suggestions that don't meet your spec at all, but people will find you adverts from all over the net that do, or may even know of a horse that's not being advertised.

Tell us what you want - size, age, experience, any definite not-wanted things, location, budget and away we go!
