New model of Ifor Williams trailer

What does everyone think of the new Ifor Williams trailers. Has anyone towed one?

I like them but heard they are something ridiculous like 10k

Not quite as much, I was quoted £1500 more than a HB511 for a new model equivalent which took it to just over £7k. They haven't arrived at most dealers yet but I was told they are lighter, have better suspension and won't rot as they are all aluminium.

I was looking at it fully loaded with the side awning etc perhaps that was were I was getting £10k. Decided to get a newer 506 and a saddle instead 😁

It's a shame they have decided to ditch the front window that allows you to see into the trailer from the car, we use that all the time on our 506.

It's a shame they have decided to ditch the front window that allows you to see into the trailer from the car, we use that all the time on our 506.

Whereas I actively dislike the same window, as it encourages some horses to try to jump out through it. This does not usually end well. Now I have cctv in the trailer, I no longer need a 'volunteer' peering out throught the rear window of the towing vehicle .

One of the many reasons why I prefer my 510 Classic to a 511.
