Ever so slightly looking forward to this afternoon. Pony arrives later.

I'm in my 40s but he's my first pony (don't think buying one for my kids quite counts) so I've looked forward to this for a very long time.

Poor owner was quite upset yesterday at the thought of parting with him so I expect both of us will be in tears today!

Good luck looks a nice pony. Its awful for good seller as mine was devastated! But they came back to see him a couple of times and I send them the odd xmas card(which I am never sure if they are now interested). Indeed he is on his last few years and I am wondering if I should tell them he is still ok but I dont know how long he will be a lawnmower for??

But good luck and I hope you enjoy and have some fun. I would love to know whats going through their minds when they move!?!(The horse I mean).Am sure he will settle in well.

I did feel sorry for her, it must be awful to part with an animal you have a strong bond with.

I hope yours is OK, and it's lovely that you let your previous owners know how he is.

I think my pony was having a great time being really nosy he's got a great view from his stable and he was getting plenty of attention too! We'll see what he thinks tomorrow...!

Aw, he looks lovely :D

Are you planning on doing anything with him, or will he just be an expensive pet? :p

He's going to be a family pony - hacking, riding club type stuff and as my girls get bigger (they have an 11.2) they can use him too. If I'm up to it, I'd like to do some dressage but I have a way to go, I'm extremely rusty!

I am sure you will have lots of fun with him, thats what I like about the small ones. Good luck with him. It's so exciting when a new horse arrives isn't it :)
