Long story short.
Two years ago we had to PTS our wonderful GS when her hips went. We have a yorkie who is now 15 years old. She is partially sighted with cataracts and deaf, only responding to vibrations.
After much heart searching and research on the "right" breed, we decided to get a new puppy now in the hope that it would give our yorkie a new lease of life and the fact that over the last two years we have missed having two dogs.
So we found the puppy, who is gorgous, intelligent and perfect with our elderly yorkie.
24 hours after we get her home she developes a cough that makes her vomit clear phelm.
I suspect it is Kennel cough but hope it's not and make an emergency call to our vet.
Yep, it is Kennel cough but she hopes we have got her treated early to make it a mild attack.
£150 lighter in the pocket!
We are totally in love with our new puppy and will not be returning her but should we inform her previous owner/breeder?
