Bringing my mare back into work last week, I noticed her saddle didn't fit.
I went into my local saddler and her recommended me to try a Bates saddle.
Tried it on today and she was nappy, as usual, leaving the yard. But this time she bronced me straight off.
Ow, ow, ow!
Now she use to bronc when breaking her in but this is the first time since then.
I've lost my confidence although I did lunge then hacked back from the field.
Now here's a problem, I don't want her to now know that bucking/broncing when napping gets me off.
Ill give her some time off until I can sort a saddle out or should I go back to her old saddle where she didn't respond. in this way and make sure she doesn't bronc again leaving the yard?
Advice please
