New saddle fitting today *excited*

Well after everyone's wonderful help to point me in the direction of a 2nd-hand Albion, I in the end had to admit defeat and acknowledge the size I need is as rare as hen's teeth - and have dented the credit card with a brand new one...
...which is being fitted this afternoon! My first ever NEW leather saddle

Yay!

I really hope it fits and that it all goes smoothly, I want to ride again. And it should stop me moping about not having my Wintec 2000 any more.

Sorry, am just getting excited and had to share as work people don't understand!

I do! It's lovely, I feel so secure and comfy in it. Ronnie even had a spaz moment today as someone else got bucked off and their horse galloped off, Ronnie was most irritated that I wouldn't let him join in the fun so spun a dizzying amount of circles followed by a few massive bucks. I felt a lot more anchored onto him in that saddle than I'm used to.

The expense might have made me go pale, but it sure seems to fit beautifully, and - bonus - me too! Yay!
