Next player adds 1 letter to it and makes a word.
Repeat until nobody can make a word and the last person who made a word starts with a new letter.
Eg.

Bandy

Etc
No Proper Nouns.
New rule, you can have more than one word as long as the two or more words are a name for one item or logical together . EG pan handle, carrier bag, utter bliss, black and white.
