My loan pony has been returned over the weekend with mild mudfever which he's never suffered with before but when I went to see him a few months before he came back the fields were quite bad imo so I'm guessing that's provoked it! Quite annoying really as he's always been one of those types who never comes to any harm!
I won't lie, I don't know much about mud fever because I've never had to deal with it before. It's nothing serious but I'm not happy to leave it be to be honest. I did pick up some sudocrem whilst shopping yesterday but haven't used it yet as I see some people don't think it's a very good idea as it's traps the bacteria etc?
Any other suggestions to tap it on the head?
