We have a 13.1hh, 3yr old, very fluffy after wintering out, skewbald pony with lots of bone but not much feather. How should I turn him out for local shows (my 9 year old son will he showing him)?
I'm not sure if he should be in natural state or not. Also what classes could we put him in?
Many thanks in advanced.

Or could it be a coloured native? I think you see more turned out as natives at 13.1 than cobs? we tend to notice the hogged ponies- at Suffolk there was only 2 in our big RI class, us and another :p South Suffolk RI class there was 3! All around the 14.2-15hh mark.

That's a very good point. We had him out at a competition today and someone asked if he was off the moor. If I could add a photo on here it would give you all a better idea of what he looks like. Many thanks for your replys.
