Hi all can any one tell me how I can create an album an upload pictures ect. Thank you

If you mean adding pictures to threads, then you need Photobucket. Upload your pictures to that, and click on the share icon which is a little paperclip sort of thing. Then use the option for sharing to forums and boards 
To create an album on here, I think you just go into your profile and upload direct from your computer.
