New to Tyne Muck Boots ?

I have a dilemma !

I was bought some Tyne Sport boots for Xmas but they were soooo heavy... so I ebayed them at a loss and bought the standard Tyne boots on approval.

Ive tried them around the house but they feel so heavy and clumsy. Im a Dubarry wearer, through and through, but wanted a boot I could muck out in, wade across the mud in and then hose down and ride in.

Im concerned that Im paying a lot of money for boots that are clumsy and awkward. Is it just me or does anyone else think them heavy and stiff ?

I think Im going bonkers !

nb, I cant wear standard wellies as they rub my hideous toes !!

They are a bit but they are still fab boots and you get used to them! I wouldn't be without mine and they are 8 years old!

I have a pair & they do loosen up with wear. I absolutely adore them but for one thing. I find they have very little grip in ice or mud. I've ended up on my backside more times than I care to remember
