Having just got back into the whole neddy business after an 8(ish) year break. I was having a discussion with one of the women who works at the yard, she is AI, alot of the young girls that are working there now are all working towards NVQs.
I'm personally not a great fan of NVQs, in any field, but I feel I may have just missed the point, and not moved on. In your opinion would you consider the old stages or the new NVQ the way to go. Also does any one have any ideas about the new 'coaching' certificate.
