New yard in Essex

I recently went to see a new yard that has opened in Bulphan, it is run by Aiden and Michelle and I am considering moving but would like to know more about the place so if any one has been there or knows anything about the owners please let me know.

that is the full livery yard it looks really nice doesnt it they used to own white hall farm in fobbing essex and sold it they where lottery winners and the owners wife had some sort of breakdown and they split i put my name down for two stables cos i was told it was diy yard but he must of changed his mind dont think he has enough grazing for the amount of stables he has built.

Well not sure it seems to be complicated, I think a guy called mike owns it and Aiden and Michelle built the yard and have a contract with him.
However their seems to have been a disagreement between aiden and michelle so last I heard she was going to do DIY.
What was the previous yard like?

i wasnt stabled at there last yard i had a look down there it seemed nice like all yards there is allways good and bad points i think the main issues were with the woman who owned it some said she was a bit of a nutter but it wont be a problem at bulphan as she not there unless they get back together.if she does do diy i might take another look.
