I posted a few weeks back about moving my boy to a busier yard. I am alone now and pretty cheesed off and he has been on his own for 4 years although he is in the same field as others but seperated by electric tape. This was because he got his leg fractured in the field and part of his recovery was to be alone and quiet and we just kept it that way as he is a mitherer in the field.
So tomorrow we are moving. It is still a small yard (darent risk anything too big) but he will have friends.... and so will I.
What Im asking is... would you arrive at the yard and turn him out or put him in his new stable?
We have seperated an area of the field ready for him with tape so he can meet his new friends safely and aim to gradually introduce him to the others over the next week or so. He is a stress head, so Im thinking if I put him in his stable he will stress.
What would you do?
