New Year Resolutions

What are everyone's new year resolutions in their horsey lives??

Mine are to get some transport, go on a Kelly Marks course and a "riding with your mind" training weekend and to go on another riding holiday, and do a one day event on my lad.... sounds expensive when I've written it all down but if I could do two of these things I think 2012 would be a pretty cracking year!!

I have quite a few!!!
1. Do more dressage tests
2. Get more confident when jumping
3. General riding improvement ect ect
4. Go to the BHS library!!

Get a new horse
Event said horse
Go to yard as working pupil
Sort out my diet

Get fitter (I'm apalled by my inability to ride in a forward seat for more than about 45s )
Get the pony belting out properly and having a good blast
Horseball season, play and survive the lot Without slaughtering any team mates...
Get the highland round an sj course clear and resembling a normal horse...

Get myself fitter!!! Start running again as it make me a better rider as stronger core etc I think.

I love riding with my mind and I love Kelly Marks even more! And I did say to achieve two so I think that will be going to a one day event in my one horse trailer!!!

get the young one backed and stop wittering on about it.
Lose at least a stone and fit comfortably back into size 8's.
manage the first half of the year without getting into serious debt !!!(got 4 abroad holidays, 2 birthdays, a possible christening, a wedding with 3 of us to dress twice all before august!)
get the house decorated and nice!

Mine is to lose 2 1/2 stone of lard to be able to ride my youngster so I don't have to sell her for not growing big enough
