Hi, I'm new here! *waves*.

I've currently got a horse on loan, but planning to buy my own again, I've been riding about twenty years now and I am addicted to show jumping although thinking about trying XC!!

I wondered if anyone could help me out, I'm looking for a livery yard in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire). I've not kept horses round here before so have no idea where to look (google doesn't bring up much!) also prices would be great if you know them.

If you don't want to post about your liverly yard please feel free to PM me!

Ideally Cheltenham although I would consider surrounding area if it's dirt cheap (cost of petrol to commute there twice a day etc...)

Thanking you in advance my lovlies!!!

I didn't know Home Farm did livery, it's really nice there though but I reckon it's probably expensive as the facilites are really good. Any idea what the hacking's like ( at hacking accross the railway line!!!)

Try Noverton Livery Yard at Noverton by Presbury - also Kayte Farm in Southam. I haven't been to either so not sure what they're like...

There are several in the area.
Sue Ford at Southam, Sue May Bushcombe lane, Kayte Lane is right down in Bishops Cleeve so a lot of road work to go anywhere, Shurdington is meant to be good.
Try to local tack shops - Prestbury Equine are very knowledgable about places.

Where abouts are they based?? I never even realised there was a tack shop in Cheltenham, I always go to Countrywide!

Are their any livery yards in the Hatherly area??? I'm in Lansdown so it's close...

A friend of mine is doing livery at her yard. It is beautifully situated on Cleeve Hill. Small yard, right on bridle path, fantastic all-weather, full set of s/jumps and a cross country course too! PM me if you want to know more!
