Hello Everyone,
Firstly wanted to say hello to you all, being a newbie to this forum
I would love to hear some opinions on my TB.
He is a gelding 8yrs Old. Not too sure when he was gelded as I don't have a particularly detailed history but I witnessed him mount one of his field mates the other day (who is also a gelding).
He's sometimes quite the dominant fellow with me on the ground and is in the process of learning some manners with regard to this (using operant conditioning) but can anyone shed any light on what would make him do this? Suffice to say the other horse wasn't best pleased and quickly threw my boy to the ground (hopefully he won't risk doing it again!) I am a little worried he might get hurt next time or hurt one of his field mates.
