As the title says, long time lurker saying hello
I've had an impromtu start to my Christmas holidays due to doing a very lady like, delicate tumble (so I was told) from my 17hh mare yesterday. Delicate or not, it bloomin hurts
I think my pride was hurt more when Molly just stood there looking at me as if to say 'what are you doing on the floor!'
So I thought I'd bite the bullet and say hello whilst lounging on the sofa.
As you've guessed, I've got a 17hh coloured ID x TB Mare called Molly. She is normally very calm but had a pratting around day yesterday. I've sat out bucks, rears (not my horse) and yet Molly prances around not listening, drops her shoulder and I come a tumbling off
Saddle fitter coming later today to check her saddle, instructor coming to watch me lunge her and friend riding her for the next couple of weeks as I'm on box rest with awesome painkillers.
The silver lining - hubby has insisted on doing all of the housework, cooking Christmas dinner, doing the heavy jobs of looking after Molly
