Hi everyone. I accidently found this site and decided to register, but I have found it really addictive and helpful and was pleased to attain my 'newbie' status. As it looks like I will be here to say I thought I would introduce myself.

I am thirty, married, no kids and live in Scotland. I have a cocker spaniel called Toby who is the love of my life and I bought my first horse 2 months ago and fulfilled a life time ambition. I have ridden and been around horses all my life, but never had the money or opportunity to buy.Pebble is bay and is a TB and will be 3 in May. He has a brilliant nature which is why I bought him. I really like showing and cross country and will show him inhand this summer, but I really don't know how he will do. ( My instructor says he has a crap head and neck, but I think he is cute!)

I have found this site really supportive and helpful and I hope that will continue... so thanks for having me!!!

Aw, your horse sounds lovely! Welcome to the forum

Hiya

I can't seem to work out how to paste in a picture. Never mind I am sure I will work in out. i live in Perthshire. is there lots of other Scots out there? The weather is HORRIBLE at the moment!!!

I don't, will need to look into it!! I like the cool signature thing you have at the bottom of your profile! Will need to be creative and design one. thanks

Hi I'm south of Glasgow, nice to see some new Scottish posters. For information on putting pictures up on the forum have a look at the Pictures Gallery, and look at the post by jessrulesdaworld, that gives you the information you need.

Welcome to the forum! I'm sure his neck will fill out as he matures.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder though. Most of us love our own horses, warts and all! Good luck with showing him.

I have a mad Cocker Spaniel called Jasper. He's 11 but acts like a pup still!

yippee, think I have sussed it out. here is a pic of my boy. the pony in the background is Rosie who is a Welsh Section D, who I had on loan

thanks! I followed the instructions on the posting in the gallery bit of the site, then put it in 'paint'. Don't know if I will do it again though, pushed me to the limits of my IT knowledge! I like your cone picutre. i used to study at Strathclyde uni, that statue always had a cone on it!
