Newcomers Meet - what to wear please

I know this has been done to death, but I can't find it on search (it's really hard to search for a subject on this forum!).

Is it ratcatcher (ie tweed in my case) for the newcomers meet, as it's before the opening meet? Or can I wear my plain black jacket...

Planning on stealing daughter's show jumper, just hope he behaves

Is that the meet a week tomorrow in the afternoon? If so, see you there

If so tweed is fine as its before opening meet, if horse hasn't done it before, then dont forget green ribbon in tail
Usually before the opening meet you won't need to plait either, but I'd drop an email just to check.....
