What is the maximum fence width in the 1st rounds and the JO?

My rule book is most unhelpful!

The satsuma can jump anything LOL.
Rule 136.1 the spread of triple bar obstacles must not exceed 2.20m. no other obstacles may exceed 2m in spread except water jump.

god knows, thats the only info in the rule book about spreads, nothing remotely specific about it...
