I wanted to move Rio there before he went lame and was told he couldn't be stabled again. Its a lovely place, very quiet from what I gathered on my visits. Beautiful arena! Extremely cheap and seems like you'd have help when needed but no interference if that makes sense? If you want to move book a stable now, there was a massive waiting list in Jan when I went to look and it will fill up fast once uni starts again!
I would be a bit wary of the arena - the surface isnt one I would ride on through choice. I'd also be very careful about inspecting fields for ragwort - there often used to be horses turned out in a field full of it, and some of the fencing was a bit terrifying last time I saw it. That said, I've not been past there in a couple of years.
However it used to be a nice yard - knowledgable YM (unless they've moved on!), and quite fairly run.
